How to use your kit

  1. Set the abalone shell on its wooden stand, and arrange the healing stones around it.
  2. Take one sage bundle. Hold it at a 45° angle over an open flame (a match works better than a lighter) for about 3 seconds.
  3. Blow out the flame gently — the bundle should keep smoldering and release smoke.
  4. Fan the smoke with the feather, directing it through the space you're cleansing.
  5. Rest the smudge stick in the shell between uses. Let it cool completely before storing.
⚠️ The stick and shell get hot during use. Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.
